Before selecting Michael and his team to design and manage the DA process for a new Duplex on a waterfront block we inspected finished buildings and reviewed the portfolio of projects Michael has been involved in. We were very impressed with the innovative designs, finishes and the sale price that these projects achieved. We average a fair bit of builds a year and work with a lot of different Architects for each type of build and many different type of designs and clients.It is fair to say that by far the most detailed drawings ELCO Constructions have come across are the plans that All Image Architects designed.We worked off and built an Amazing Luxury Build that was designed and drawn by All Image Architects that was no comparison to other plans we usually work off.Not only the plans are so detailed, All Image Architects had the courtesy of introducing us to their 3D walk through design App that made it so much easier for us to visualise and show contractors and suppliers exactly what we are trying to achieve onsite in the build process. My Wife and I would like to thank you for designing the extension to the front of our home. We could not be happier with the outcome, especially the way the new has been integrated with the old. In actual fact it has transformed the overall appearance to the point that most people comment, We didn't realize that you knocked down and rebuilt a new home??I recall our first meeting at our home when we initially discussed with you our requirements and needs. We gave you some ideas both verbally and sketch form and asked you to come up with something that looked good, functional and fulfilled our future needs. When you returned a few weeks later and showed us the concept sketch of the floor plan and front elevation we were very pleased with what we saw.
